Design and Engineering

Designing of metal components suitable for manufacturing are carried out by our professional design team using sophisticated softwares. Most of our customer provided drawings are being converted accurately to match the production needs.

Laser Cutting

Modern cutting edge laser technology is employed for the manufacturing of high precision and high quality metal components. We have the capability to process a wide range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Bending

Our experienced employees have the capacity and capability of performing most critical bending in the metal components. Combining our vast experience and skill, we are able to deliver premium results which are also cost effective.

Rolling

Rolling machine enables us to manufacture rolled metal components. Most of these components are fabricated to match our customer requirements. Wide range of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, etc. are processed using our rolling machine.

Machining

Machining processes such as turning, facing, milling, drilling, grinding, etc. are carried for the manufacture of precision metal components. High quality materials are used for the manufacture of high quality and high precision machined metal components.

Sheet metal processing

Our shearing, press brake and nibbling machine enable us to cut profiles in sheet metal accurately for the manufacturing of sheet metal components.

Welding & Fabrication

Our experienced and qualified welders carry out welding operations to manufacture fabricated metal components. Some of the welding processes include Oxyacetylene welding, Shield Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW). Heavy sections are cut using gas cutting processes. Our material handling cranes enables us to fabricate heavy metal components with much ease.

Assembly

At SBEE, Assemblies and sub-assemblies required by most of the leading companies are done. Assembly of machinery components, valve components, equipments are currently being carried out at our facility.

Metal Finish

Superior metal finishing services is being done on the components we manufacture. Attention to details provides superior quality and finish to all our manufactured components. Some of the metal finishing done by us includes buffing and painting. Based on customer request, some of the metal finishing such as plating, powder coating, and nitriding/sursulf is also done.

Inspection

Our in-house quality inspection team monitors the ordered components throughout the manufacturing process, thus achieving defect free metal components. All the manufactured components are thoroughly inspected by us before delivering to our customers.
